CartQueen Latifah Working on Adopting

Queen Latifah, the rapper/actress born Dana Owens, revealed on The View that she is working on adopting a child. She said, "I'm actually kind of working on that." Awesome!! Good for her.
She said, "I think I saw one of those specials… you know those movies of the week. And it was like… I just always wanted to bring a child home."
'Tifah even joked, "So if you got a kid that you don't (want)… Just give me a year – let me set up camp and send me the kid!"
Queen Latifah, 42, also refused to address speculation about her sexuality, which is well within her rights. Some thought she came out at an event this year. She said, "I've never dealt with the question of my personal life in public. It’s just not gonna happen."
We love that she is playing by her rules.
