    R. Kelly can celebrate a royalties victory with this news. The singer's song, "Sign of a Victory," has been selected as one of three official FIFA World Cup Anthems. R. and his collaborators on the song, South African group the Soweto Spiritual Singers, will perform the song at the June 11 opening ceremony in Johannesburg.

Do you think the World Cup gives a crap about R.'s past sexual indiscretions which got him in some hot water?
