Ray Manzarek Reveals His Fitness Regimen

The Doors' Ray Manzarek turned 74 last week and the Doors' keyboardist remains in shape and fit.
He even shared his fitness regimen with VH1 Classic Radio, saying, "Okay, here's what you gotta do to stay young and vital and healthy and keep your energy: Work out, pump a little iron, even if it's just doing push-ups and sit-ups. You know, you do sit-ups on the floor, you do push-ups on the floor, do deep-knee bends. I would advise staggered 50 push-ups, sit-ups do 100 squats, deep-knee bends do 30 to 50 and do that every day while you're watching TV, then eat organic, if you can. If you can eat organic great, if not, eat what's in season."
