Record Store Day Black Friday 2015 Release Roundup

Good morning, butterflies! We at ARTISTdirect trust you had a great Thanksgiving filled with good food and even better company. But we're not going to linger any longer over yesterday, and neither should you. Today is Record Store Day Black Friday, and you need to shake off that food coma if you're going to snag any of these limited edition releases.
We've been talking up a bunch of them here on the news blog recently, too. Titles like Deerhoof's electric new live album Fever 121614, Johnny Cash's double LP Man in Black: Live in Denmark 1971 (available for the first time on vinyl), and actor John Malkovich's foray into the avant garde, Like a Puppet Show, among others.
But there are so many other 7"s, compilations, and all kinds of marbled, colored, 180 gram fancy wax you need to know about. Highlights include releases from Beck, Dave Matthews Band, Big Star, Gang of Four, Garbage, John Lee Hooker, Spoon, Tenacious D, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Brian Wilson (and these are just off the top of our head, in alphabetical order, because we know you like that).
Don't sleep on this great event and get out there and support your local record store. Need to find a participating record store, or want to see if your local shop has the title on your list? Plug in your Zip Code. Want to see all the RSD releases, neatly listed in all their glory? Dive in at RecordStoreDay.com, and happy shopping!
