Reo Speedwagon, Styx Team Up For Tour
REO Speedwagon, Styx and .38 Special have lined up a lengthy late spring/early summer tour that starts on May 13 in Albuquerque, NM, and winds down on July 11 in Maryland Heights, MO. Dubbed the "Can't Stop Rockin' Tour" (after a collaborative Styx/REO single), it'll hit 30 cities and feature "fan friendly" ticket prices that dip as low as $13.50."Both bands have always tried to keep our ticket prices low so that none of our fans get left out," Styx's Tommy Shaw said in a press statement. "It's our own personal rock 'n' roll stimulus package.
He added, "The world is going through a weird phase, and everybody needs music now more than ever. We all need to join our friends, pool our resources, combine our energies, because there is power in people coming together. That spirit has brought REO and Styx together to write, record and tour together, and celebrate it all with the greatest fans in America."
