SNL alum Rob Schneider has a busy slate. The actor, who stars in the forthcoming weekend comedy Grown Ups, will release his first ever live comedy album, Registered Offender through Oglio Records. The disc boasts 16 tracks of sketch comedy; Schneider performs every voice used on the album. The CD version, scheduled for a July 27 release, will include a limited editions ticker of the album cover. His first-ever ring tones will be available in July, including his infamous "You can do it" catch phrase.
In other Schneider news, the comic has launched the “Rob Schneider Music Foundation” to provide music education and funding for instruments for middle school and high school students, so he is doing his part for the kids in schools and their pursuit of the arts. The comedy CD also features Schneider on vocals on "She's Gonna Come," a musical track with members of The Night Marchers. There are other music-influenced sketches, as well. Oglio will release a limited edition, seven inch vinyl album of "She's Gonna Come"/"Swain the Legend" this July, too.
Lastly, Sir Schneider is currently on a worldwide stand-up comedy tour. Tour dates and comedy club info are posted at his website robschneider.com, so if you like to giggle at former sketch show stand ups, do it up.
