Robin Thicke's "Love After War" to Drop Dec. 6
Fri, 02 Dec 2011 13:55:20
Blue-eyed soul star Robin Thicke is set to release his fifth studio album Love After War on Dec. 6, which is next Tuesday.
Completely written and produced by Robin Thicke with producing partner Pro Jay, the album will be released by Star Trak/Geffen. Love After War is Thicke at his most raw and honest condition yet. This was an album born out of a desire to be the uncompromising, idealistic artist he was as a boy, married with the weight of being a man with responsibilities and the scars of the past. Sounds like stuff we are all dealing with.
Thicke also announced an exclusive underplay tour in select cities in advance of the album tour. The tour will travel to intimate venues in cities such as New York, Chicago, Atlanta, and Los Angeles. Full tour routing can be found below and tickets are available here.
Dates are as follows:
12/7/2011 Atlanta, GA The Loft
12/9/2011 New York, NY Highline Ballroom
12/10/2011 Philadelphia, PA World Cafe Live
12/12/2011 Chicago, IL The Mid
12/16/2011 West Hollywood, CA Key Club
