CartRod Stewart Postpones Tour to Finish Album

The rock never stops for Rod Stewart. The raspy-voiced singer is postponing his spring tour in order to finish up his new album.
He was set to hit the road with Steve Winwood on April 10, but the dates have been pushed back.
A statement on R. Stew's website read: "To accommodate the finishing pre-production and spring promotion of his first original rock studio album in almost 20 years, Rod Stewart has pushed back his spring tour with Steve Winwood – which will now begin in October."
Fans are encouraged to hold on to their already-purchased tickets, as they will be honored at the rescheduled gigs.
The release date of the Stewart rock opus has not yet been revealed. That's okay. We'll be patient and wait for it.
