CartScott Weiland Announces "Purple at the Core" Solo Tour

Rock icon Scott Weiland will embark on a 20-city national solo concert tour, dubbed "Purple at the Core," and will, for the first time as a solo artist, perform songs from the first two Stone Temple Pilots albums Core and Purple, considered classics by the band's fans. What a clever tour name and what a great idea.
The "Purple at the Core" tour kicks off on March 1 at Flint, Michigan's Machine Shop and culminates at the House of Blues in Dallas on March 27.
Weiland and his band's set list is expected to draw from his solo material as well as tracks from Velvet Revolver. Be there or miss a lot!
