Scottish Rockers Biffy Clyro Cancel Rest of North American Tour - There's a health issue... and we thought it was too much time shirtless in the Coachella sun.

    Bummer Alert!

Scottish rockers Biffy Clyro have been forced to cut short their North American tour and return to the U.K. immediately.

Frontman Simon Neil has been struggling with a serious respiratory problem on the shows, including two nights supporting Muse at Madison Square Garden on Monday and Tuesday of this week. He was advised by doctors that he was endangering his long term health if he chose to continue performing on this run. Thus, further dates with Muse across the U.S. and Canada, plus a second weekend performance at the Coachella Festival this coming Saturday, have now been cancelled.

Those are some big gigs, so it must be serious! We doubt this is the band packing it in early because the shows suck. These gigs are huge and the band is awesome. We hope Simon Neil gets better soon!

In a press release, the band expressed how sorry it is that it can't carry out the full run of shows, and hopes to confirm a new run of North American shows shortly to continue support of their latest album, Opposites. Well, that's a spot of good news.

Have you ever seen Biffy Clyro live? You should -- they are awesome.
