Lily Allen has taken to her MySpace page yet again, to reveal some details behind her second full-length disc. Due out February 9, 2009, the as-yet-untitled effort has been delayed due to Terra Firma's buyout of EMI, Allen's record label.
"I am trying really hard to do this album with integrity," Allen wrote, "And I want you all to know that it has been thought about by me, not just some thrown together last minute industry bullshizz."
At the moment, Allen is wrapping up bonus material for the album, as well as a viral video for an unnamed song. Her debut, 2007's Alright Still, sold 514,000 copies in the U.S. according to Nielsen SoundScan numbers.
