ARTISTdirect.com sat down with Dirty South to discuss the track "City of Dreams" for our exclusive See the Music series. In this exclusive interview clip, he tells us how the song came together. And it's quite an interesting tale.
It's original form was acoustic, sort of like the indie rock-style, but it was reimagined, since he was already working on a house version! So it kept going in that sonic direction.
Dirty South also said that he wants his music to strike an emotional nerve with his listeners.
