ARTISTdirect.com editor in chief Rick Florino sat down with Vampire Diaries actress and singer Kat Graham for our latest installment of See the Music.
Graham talked about her phenomenal single "Put Your Graffiti on Me" from her new Against the Wall for A&M/Octone, revealing that she wanted the jam to have an aggressive beat, strong vocals and an unapologetic message.
Well, Miss Graham got what she wanted, since the song features all those qualities. It is one of our favorite songs right now!
The overall vibe is the song is “If you want it, come and get it… if you dare.” It's sort of like Beyonce's "Single Ladies." You know, that whole "If you like it then you shoulda put a ring on it energy!"
