ARTISTdirect.com sat down with incredibly good looking U.K. breakthrough band Young Guns for the latest installment of our exclusive See the Music series.

In this video interview, Singer Gustav Wood talks about "taking your head" off with "I Was Born, I Have Lived, I Will Surely Die," the first song and opening salvo on their sophomore record Bones, which came out last year. By playing with the song's structure -- tooling around with a handclap, a bass drum and a vocal and the big drop—it became a rallying cry.

The band really wanted to make a statement with this record. Mission accomplished!

Wood also discussed the track "Broadfields," which is about the house in which he grew up, from the age of 3 through 21. That was the name of the street he was raised on in social housing with his mother. It was full of love, and he always wanted to pay homage to it through song.
