Sheryl Crow's 12-song new album, 100 Miles From Memphis, which references where she grew up in Missouri, has an impressive guest list. The album recorded in Los Angeles and New York, includes guitar work from The Rolling Stones' Keith Richards, vocals from Citizen Cope and Memphis native Justin Timberlake on "Sign Your Name," a Terrence Trent D'Arby cover. Crow told the magazine that she recorded several covers during the sessions, including Jackson 5's "I Want You Back." That shouldn’t surprise anyone, as Crow was a backing singer on the late Michael Jackson's 1988 world tour, where she boasted big, blonde hair. She said, "It's definitely an homage; the (Jackson 5) was the first album I ever owned, and the guy gave me my first job in the business and was incredibly generous with his talent with me."

Are you excited to hear Crow's covers? I think the Terrence Trent D'Arby cover is going to be awesome. Remember him?
