Snoop Dogg & Martha Stewart; Give Thanks!

So, you may have been living under a rock, or frowning too hard at the state of these United States and life in general, or simply living under the illusion that there's better TV to watch than the new VH1 show "Martha & Snoop's Potluck Dinner Party". The show, which apparently makes more sense than pretty much any other event in the current zeitgeist marries the culinary abilities of ex-con and nationally beloved Martha Stewart, with ex-rastafarian and nationally beloved gangsta Snoop Dogg.
Each episode delivers the insane juxtaposition of the two co-presenters personas, which produces a sweet chemistry to offer a shared perspective of the common ground: food. Good food. Food that may or may not be designed for consumption after a little of Snoop's favorite herb, which is now legal in his home state of California. (See - democracy does work!)
With a regular guest list that reads like a 'who's-who' of contemporary mainstream hip hop Snoop and Martha have so far been joined by the likes of Naya Rivera, 2 Chainz, Chris Bosh, Rick Ross, Ice Cube and Wiz Khalifa. Other musicians like Anderson Paak, and celebrities like model Ashley Graham, and movie star / writer Seth Rogen (no stranger to the herb or any jokes about the herb) have all turned up and added their flavors to the mix. There are, of course, live performances from some of the guests - the most memorable so far is from Dreezy, who turned in a sweet rendition of "Comfortable".
