Spanish Plaza Named After Joe Strummer of The Clash

The Spanish city of Granada has responded to fan-supported Facebook petition to name a square in the city after The Clash singer Joe Strummer. Plaza Joe Strummer will be dedicated in the Spanish city.
Strummer mentioned Granada in The Clash song "Spanish Bombs." The late rocker, who passed away in 2002, also traveled to the city in 1983. He even produced an album for Spanish band 091.
So the connection between the punk rock icon and the Spanish city is there and it's stronger than an ox.
Play civic administrator! What rocker would you like to see have a square or a street dedicated in their name and honor in your respective town or city?
