    The role of punk rocker Patti Smith has been cast! Sting's daughter, actress Mickey Sumner, will play the icon in the upcoming film about the legendary NYC club CBGB and its owner Hilly Kristal, played by Alan Rickman. WENN reported the news.

    Additionally, the Foo Fighters' Taylor Hawkins will play Iggy Pop in his film debut.
