CartSting to Celebrate Birthday With NYC Show

Sting turns 60 on Oct. 1 and this year also marks 25 years of his work as a solo artist! On his bday, the singer will perform at New York's Beacon Theater and the concert will feature music from his extensive body of work.
It will be quite the party, as Lady Gaga, Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Stevie Wonder and others will appear as part of the event, the proceeds of which benefit the Robin Hood Foundation, which fights poverty in New York City. However, the general public cannot purchase tickets, as a handful of tickets have been reserved for members of Sting's fan club.
