The Associated Press reports that rapper T.I. is expected to appear before a federal judge in Atlanta to explain why his probation shouldn't be revoked after his recent arrest in Los Angeles. Tip is going to have quite a bit of explaining to do to the judge.
U.S. District Judge Charles Pannell Jr. signed the summons for T.I. late last week. The same judge sentenced Harris for firearms violations; he was only recently released from jail for that charge.
The order lists three possible violations of his bond: possession of ecstasy, testing positive for opiates and associating with a convicted felon. A date was not set for the hearing as of press time.
Tip and wife Tamika Cottle were arrested on September 1 in Hollywood and pills were found in their vehicle.
Do you think Tip is going to be sent back to jail for probation violations?
