Taylor Swift's Reputation is once again on top of the Billboard 200 album chart. This marks the third consecutive week that Swift has remained in the number one slot. Swift also became the first female artist since Adele in early 2016 to spend at least three straight weeks at number one on the chart.
Swift moved 147,000 equivalent album units to keep her spot at the top. The singer-songwriter could even see her numbers move up next week, as the entire album was finally made available for streaming for the first time on Friday, December 1st.
Elsewhere on the chart, Pentatonix's former number one, A Pentatonix Christmas, surged up the chart from number five to number two. The album, which was originally released for the 2016 holiday season, topped the chart in January of 2017.
Sam Smith's former number one, The Thrill of it All, held steady at number three. Garth Brooks' box set, The Anthology: Part I, The First Five Years, stayed steady at number four. Ed Sheeran's Divide jumped back up the charts from nine to number five. Post Malone's Stoney also got a bump this week, moving from 10 to number six. Pink's Beautiful Trauma fell one spot to number seven. Lil Uzi Vert's Luv Is Rage 2 stayed at number eight. Michael Buble's former number one, Christmas, was this week's biggest mover, climbing from 23 to number nine. Rounding out the top ten was this week's only debut, Fabolous and Jadakiss' new collaborative album Friday on Elm Street.
