The Charlatans frontman Tim Burgess has plenty of stories to tell. The singer will issue his memoir, 'Tellin' Stories on April 26 in the UK. He wrote it himself, too. It's also named after the band's 1997-issued album.

The book will look at the "mad life of a rock star: the dynamics of the band, the creativity and the self-destruction, the sex and the drugs but also the rock 'n roll" along with his influences and his encounters with Bob Dylan, New Order, The Rolling Stones and Oasis," according to Penguin, the tome's publisher.

    Page turner.

    Will you read Tellin' Stories?
