As 2011 comes to a close, The Voodoo Experience Presented by Stephen Rehage will celebrate the season with the first annual Voodoo Holiday. There are 10 Days of Voodoo holiday giveaways as of right now. Concert-goers will have the chance to purchase three-day 2012 Voodoo Experience weekend passes starting as low as $77 for a GA weekend pass. Early ticket buyers are also automatically eligible for a variety of daily Voodoo prizes through Friday, Dec. 23. Each day random daily drawings will take place and winners will be notified by email and announced via the Voodoo Blog (http://jointheritual.wordpress.com/), Facebook (www.facebook.com/voodooexperience) and Twitter (http://twitter.com/#!/VoodooNola). The 2012 Voodoo Experience will take place in New Orleans' City Park, Friday, Oct. 26, Saturday, Oct. 27 and Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012.
For every Voodoo Holiday ticket purchased, each buyer becomes eligible for that day's gift as part of the 10 Days Of Voodoo festivities. Beyond Voodoo specific presents (VIP upgrades, $100 gift certificates for Voodoo Experience merchandise), the 10 Days Of Voodoo gifts include: gift certificates for a $100 Basin Street Records shopping spree (featuring new releases from the Grammy-nominated and past VOODOO artists Rebirth Brass Band, Kermit Ruffins, Irvin Mayfield and more), a $120 certificate to Dickie Brennan's Steakhouse (French Quarter), a $100 certificate to Sylvain Restaurant (French Quarter) and a $100 certificate to Ste. Marie Restaurant (Central Business District). In addition, all early ticket buyers will automatically be gifted with a three-month subscription to Red Bull's Red Bulletin Magazine, a modern lifestyle magazine focusing on sport, people, art and culture designed to break new ground.
The Voodoo Holiday ticket prices--the best price of the year--are as follows: three-day weekend GA passes are $77, three-day LOA Lounge VIP weekend passes are $222 and three-day LOA Lounge VIP weekend passes with parking are $266. Concert-goers can also utilize VOODOO EZ Pay on any ticket purchase over $150. EZ pay allows fans to pay their balance in five equal payments with the first payment (1/5 of the overall balance) charged upon purchase. The second payment and each subsequent payment will be billed on the day of the month the ticket was purchased until paid in full. Tickets are available via http://www.thevoodooexperience.com utilizing Elevate's easy online shopping experience--with helpful customer service--that allows buyers to print their own tickets.
