The Wanted, that adorable and talented crew from the U.K., are chasing the sun in Ice Age: Continental Drift, the fourth installment in the animated film franchise. The song, which is their current smash single that's so hot it could rival the rays of the sun, is used in both a scene of the film and in the end credits. You know what means? It's twice as bright.

The family film is heavy on musical fun, with pop diva Jennifer Lopez, as well as rappers Drake and Nicki Minaj, serving as part of the flick's voice cast. Adding The Wanted's song to the film and the closing credits only ups the pop music ante of the film. The Wanted are easily one of the most thrilling bands working right now, so it's a smart move on the studio's part to factor them into the film.

ARTISTdirect.com's resident The Wanted devotee Amy Sciarretto nabbed some time with all five of The Wanted boys to get their take on Ice Age and how they'd like to see themselves in animated form.

All five members of The Wanted at once? It was almost a complete and total "OMG!" moment.

Okay, The Wanted boys, time to test your knowledge and find out how familiar you were with the franchise before having your song featured in the fourth film Ice Age: Continental Drift?

Nathan Sykes: Definitely. I'm a massive fan of the franchise. It is the sort of film kids grow up with and all four films are strong individually. They keep it fresh and institute new characters who are exciting, as well as the original pack. That was me, Nathan, with an intelligent answer.

Siva Kaneswaran: Also, all the movies send a good message. I have lots of nieces and it's a perfect present for Christmas.

Jay McGuiness: I saw the first movie on TV in the U.K. You know how on Christmas, you settle down to watch a movie, and wonder if it going to be good? That's how I felt but I was impressed.

Why is "Chasing the Sun" a fitting credits song? And it is featured twice, right?

Jay McGuiness: It's also used 10-minutes in. During the first section of the film, all the young mammoths are partying. They are doing an elephant version of one of our videos. It's is well-placed. I guess it's in the end credits to get people to leave [the theater]. [lol - Ed.]

What are you favorite animated movies or cartoons?

Nathan: Nathan would say Toy Story.
Tom Parker: Tom would say Beauty and the Beast.
    Max George: Max would concur.
Siva Kaneswaran: Siva would say Aladdin.

If you want to continue answering questions in the third person, feel free! How would you write your own character in the fifth installment of Ice Age? Isn't a fair trade off to exchange royalties for roles in the film!

Nathan Sykes: Nathan would say he wants a part for his kid brother. So anyone connected to film should put him in it.

Siva Kaneswaran: Siva would want to be an Irish trader.

Max George: Max just likes doing voice. I'll be anyone, even a woman.

Tom Parker: Tom wants to be a bullfrog. Ribbit!

Jay McGuiness: I would like to be something that exists now. All those animals in the film are extinct. I want to have one that doesn't have that impending fate. Maybe I'd be a primate that becomes a human.

Are you going to see Ice Age: Continental Drift on July 13?
