The Who to Honor Concert Tickets From 1979

Tickets from a canceled The Who concert back in 1979 in Providence will be honored when the band returns to the city on Feb. 26, 2013. So if you had a ticket to that show and saved the unused stub for posterity, then you just hit the jackpot.
The Who's 1979 concert in Providence was canceled by then-Mayor Buddy Cianci, who cited safety concerns as the reason for nixing the gig. The group has never returned to the city... but they will this winter. They will play the same venue where the original show was canceled, which is now called the Dunkin Donuts Center.
According to FMQB, general manager Lawrence Lepore said the venue will honor tickets from the canceled 1979 show and ticketholders can call his office to make the exchange. Any 1979 tickets redeemed will be donated to help raise money for the Special Olympics of Rhode Island.
Any Providence The Who fans going to the show? Anyone out there have a ticket from the originally canceled gig?
