Mon, 11 Feb 2013 16:09:07
During his appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, country superstar Tim McGraw revealed that he decided to get sober and give up alcohol for his family, which includes his wife, fellow country star Faith Hill, and their three daughters: Grace, 15, Maggie, 14 and Audrey, 11.
"I think it's a personal choice—when it gets to the point where you think it's affecting you adversely and it's affecting your relationships. It's time to make a change, and I thought it was."
He continued,"I also thought that my girls are getting older and I certainly wanted to have some good, solid ground to stand on when I started talking to them about their situations."
What a good dad he is!
McGraw's new album Two Lanes of Freedom is out now.
