That Trent Reznor. He is such an iconoclast and a game changer.
In an interview with The New Yorker, the Nine Inch Nails guru and Oscar winner (for his scoring work for The Social Network) revealed that he is partnering with Beats By Dre to develop a new streaming music service.
The streaming service, which has a working name of "Daisy," is described as a "platform in which the machine and the human would collide more intimately," calling it "a service that adds a layer of intelligent curation."
Reznor also said that Interscope Records plans to release a best-of set in 2014 that would include two new tracks.
After that, he'll rock some new NIN music.
