Suicide sucks and is not a solution. It can be prevented. That's why U2 bassist Adam Clayton is working to combat suicide in his native Ireland. He is the spokesman for the "Walk in My Shoes Day" campaign, which raises awareness about suicide in young Irish adults.
The event also supports mental health services for young adults to help further combat and prevent the killing of oneself. That's great. Philanthropy and helping your fellow man rules.
Clayton will be on hand at Walk in My Shoes Day on April 26 in Dublin, Ireland.
What can you do to help Adam Clayton stamp out suicide? Life is precious! Be there for your friends when they are depressed.
