    Usher's contentious custody battle with his ex-wife Tameka Foster will resume as planned on Aug. 13. The "OMG" singer had requested to postpone the hearing following the death of his stepson, Kile, 11, after a jet ski accident.

    Foster, who was Kile's mother, claimed Usher's request was bogus. He said that moving forward with their custody battle over their two sons would bring stress and strain on the entire splintered family. She didn't agree. Neither did the judge.

    A judge ruled that the case will move forward in Georgia.
