Converse Rubber Tracks released the brand new short-film "Studio Tour" featuring Albert Hammond Jr. of The Strokes. CRT also announces Action Bronson as the headliner for the next Converse Rubber Track Live performance at the Music Hall of Williamsburg.
Albert Hammond Jr. and producer/engineer Gus Oberg host a tour of the Converse Rubber Tracks studio, kicking off with an introduction about the state-of-the-art studio that is open for artists to apply and record in at no cost. Throughout the short film, Hammond Jr. and Oberg share the details behind the artwork both inside and out and explain all the moving parts that make up the studio. This includes the state-of-the-art equipment supplied by Guitar Center and featured in the Guitar Center rehearsal space Studio A and Studio B, the various functions of the main lobby/event room, the exclusive Ocean Wave speakers located in the control room and the live recording room of Studio A itself.
Converse Rubber Tracks Live will continue this summer at the Music Hall of Williamsburg with headliner Action Bronson performing a free show for music fans. The show will also feature Converse Rubber Tracks recording artists Flatbush Zombies, Meyhem Lauren and Tanya Morgan selected by Bronson himself.
It takes place on Aug. 23.
