Cartwill.i.am to Premiere Song on Mars Today

Black Eyed Peas star will.i.am is out of this world. Or the planet, at least. He will premiere a new song on Mars of all places.
Will has partnered with NASA to debut "Reach for the Stars" through the speakers of the Curiosity rover, which landed on the planet earlier this month.
NASA officials will host a special listening event for students at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California today (Aug. 28), as well as announce a new educational initiative in partnership with the pop star's charity, i.am.angel Foundation.
So this is not just a publicity stunt; it's for a good cause. It's also infinitely cool.
