Wyclef Jean Cannot Appeal Haitian Electoral Council Vote Against His Candidacy

While Wyclef Jean vowed to continue his bid to run for President of Haiti, a council lawyer said that the ruling by Haiti's electoral council that disqualified the hip-hop star and native Haitian from running for the Presidency is final and cannot be appealed or overturned. It would appear that it is time for 'Clef to pack up and go home.
'Clef was denied because he does not reside in Haiti full time and hasn't for a period of five years, which is a requirement necessary to run for Presidency. The musician said he would appeal the decision.
Should 'Clef give up his fight? Or should he keep on trying?
