The one and only Yoko Ono will release her brand new album Take Me to the Land of Hell on Chimera Music on September 17.

Ono is 80 and still prolific! We hope we're this active when we are octogenarians.

"Moonbeams," the staggering opening track of the new album, is listenable at soundcloud.com.

The album comes four years after her previous studio album Between My Head and the Sky.

Take Me to the Land of Hell was recorded in New York and was produced by Yoko, Sean Lennon and Yuka Honda. Yoko Ono Plastic Ono Band also includes members of Cornelius and Cibo Matto, plus – special guests for this album – tUnEyArDs, Questlove, Nels Cline and Andrew Wyatt. The album includes remixes by Mike D and Ad-Rock of the Beastie Boys, and Keigo "Cornelius" Oyamada.

Did you dig "Moonbeam?" Are you going to Hell with Yoko Ono this September?
