    Rapper Young Jeezy is being sued by his business partner.

    Demetrius Ellerbee Jeezy accuses Jeezy, born Jay Jenkins, of locking him out of royalties earned from several songs he helped produce and promote.

    In filed papers, Ellerbee is seeking at least $5 million, as well as punitive damages for breach of contract and a handful of other charges, including conversion and fraudulent misrepresentation.

    Brass at Young Jeezy's record label, Def Jam Recordings, were also named as defendants.
