Christian Falk Biography
Swedish mix master and top dance track composer Christian Falk dramatically demonstrates his sonic vision and unmatched collaborative skills on his Atlantic debut, QUEL BORDEL. Already a much-heralded success overseas, QUEL BORDEL - or "a bloody mess," pardon his French - stands out from the 1999 maze with its tasteful mix of grooves, cool nocturnal flavor, and inspired incorporation of vocals tracks with smooth rhythms. Among the top-flight vocalists heard throughout the album are the celebrated (Stockholm-born) Neneh Cherry, new Norwegian pop sensation Robyn, and acclaimed soulstress Jevetta Stelle (best known for her "Calling You" contribution on the Bagdad Cafe soundtrack), along with newcomers as Cindy and Stephen Simmonds.
