Eastern Kentucky native Don Rigsby discovered bluegrass music early in life, nurturing his interest through Ralph Stanley records and hanging out with two of Stanley's Clinch Mountain Boys, Ricky Skaggs (who happens to be Don's cousin) and Keith Whitley.
