Led by vocalist/songwriter Julie Daniels, Star 69 is a mid-'90s alternative guitar-pop band. A native of Los Angeles, Daniels formed Star 69 in London. Over the course of 1996, the group released two independent singles and performed at the Reading Festival before signing with Radioactive Records.
