Automatic Slim is a New York City combo comprised of bassist Richard Valdmanis, drummer Walker Pettibone, and singer/guitarist Gelu Sulugiuc. Their chemistry is a unique one, if only because each member hails from a different country (Valdmanis is from Canada, Sulugiuc is from Romania, and Pettibone is from the United States).
