Justin Bieber's Believe drops today (June 19), but the singer almost quit music when a woman named Mariah Yeater falsely and publicly accused him of fathering her son last year. Oh no. Thankfully he didn't go through with that plan. But we can understand why he was ready to throw his hands up. He is just 18 (and was 17 at the time), after all.
Yeater claimed that The Biebs impregnated here in the bathroom of the Staples Center after one of his concerts. So not his style.
Bieber told Fabulous, "At the beginning of it all I was in Florida, away from my friends and family and I was pretty sad. I got to the point where I thought, 'I don't want to do this. I just want to be normal.' It was difficult because I'd never gone through anything like that."
He doesn't hold a grudge against Yeater for the headaches she caused for him. He admitted, ''I feel sorry for her more than anything. Everything that hurts you makes you stronger in the end. You've got to learn from the bad things that happen.''
A lesson learned!
