Justin Bieber was ticketed for speeding down the 101 Freeway in Los Angeles over the weekend. Turns out The Biebs was trying to evade the paparazzi, who are always hot on his tail. He was racing down the road, they were driving on the shoulder and the cops were called. It was a total mess, so says TMZ.
The Biebs then filed a complaint against the pap that was tailing him.
What can the authorities do to make things safer for celebs and motorists in paparazzi situations such as this?
