CartFall Out Boy's Pete Wentz Bares Heart After Baring Privates

It's been a tough week for Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz. First the band's outspoken bassist/songwriter took a nasty balcony-diving spill at the band's not-so-secret New York club show over the weekend, then embarrassing naked pictures of him turn up all over the Internet. It's enough to make a guy sit down and write another album's worth of emo-punk anthems with long, convoluted song titles. Or at least a blog on his band's website.
Shortly after the photos first surfaced, Wentz posted his reaction to them on Fall Out Boy's official website, www.falloutboyrock.com. "after feeling badly about this for about 24 hours," he wrote in his customary caps-free style, "i am now ready to get back to laughing." He then thanked friends and fans for sticking with him through "times of adversity," and encouraged everyone to "return to the sh*ttalking at whatever messageboard you are at."
It's not clear how the photos got circulated, but Pete says they were hacked off his T-Mobile Sidekick. That's the same device that Paris Hilton claimed was hacked when some naked pictures of her (yawn) surfaced on the 'net last year, along with some much juicier blog fodder -- the full contents of her address book.
So far, however, the phone numbers of Pete's bandmates and other celeb buddies haven't surfaced, so maybe this isn't really a hack job, as Wentz claims, but just the work of a vindictive ex-girlfriend.
