Young Sean Preston, six-month-old son of Britney Spears and Kevin Federline, is making news again! This time, his nanny was lifting him out of a high chair when a malfunction caused him to fall to the floor, bumping his head.

A doctor arrived at the house and pronounced that the baby was in fine condition, but Spears and Federline became worried several days later and took their son to the hospital for a check-up. Again, no serious problems were discovered, and Sean Preston was sent home with Mom and Dad.

After returning home, the family was visited by child welfare officials and a sheriff's deputy. While the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) would not reveal any details of the visit, the sheriff's office assured the press that the visit was "very routine and common."

Britney's attorney, Marty Singer, elaborated by saying that a report was automatically filed by the hospital, and that DCFS quickly found that Spears and Federline were not responsible for the baby's bruise.

It wasn't the first time, of course, that DCFS has had a reason to visit Malibu this year. In February, officials visited with Britney after photographs appeared in the press of the mother driving with baby in her lap instead of buckled in a car seat.

While she may be a fit mother, FHM readers have decided that she isn't a sexy mama. Their latest list of the "100 Sexiest Women" excludes the pop queen, who was #6 last year and #1 the year before.
