    Barbra Streisand's Heckler Woes Continue

Apparently, some Barbra Streisand fans weren't aware of the singer's political leanings prior to her latest tour. For the third time in a less than a month, the Funny Girl was heckled during her performance for a skit that pokes fun at President Bush -- although this time, Streisand kept her cool and didn't tell fans to "shut the f*ck up," as she famously did on October 9th at Madison Square Garden in New York.

In the latest incident, an angry fan threw a cup full of ice and an unidentified liquid on to the stage during the anti-Bush skit. None of the cup's contents actually hit Streisand and there was no diva-like outburst. Streisand's manager, Martin Erlichman, claims that his client told the audience, who loudly booed the heckler, "It's a free country and they're entitled to express their opinion."

In the offending skit, a Bush impersonator joins Streisand onstage and offers to help her "sing a solo together." Babs suggests that "Bush" join her on such appropriate tunes as "Send in the Clowns" and "Enough is Enough."

Erlichman noted that despite the mixed response from the Streisand faithful, the skit will stay in her show for the remainder of the tour, except for a handful of dates when the Bush impersonator is unavailable. "This skit has been so massively covered by media, it's impossible that it still could come as a surprise to any of the Bush admirers who bought tickets," Erlichman told the Associated Press.
