Weird Al Picks His Favorite Albums!
|
Has there ever been a pop star as downright... well, weird as Weird Al Yankovic? Ever since he burst onto MTV and into our
consciousness with "Eat It," his breakthrough 1984 parody of Michael Jackson's "Beat It," Weird Al has been there to skewer the latest musical trend. His latest album, Straight Outta Lynwood,
takes on such pop icons du jour as Green Day, Chamillionaire, Usher and American Idol's Taylor Hicks. Truly, Weird Al's satire knows no bounds. We asked Weird Al for a list of his all-time favorite albums -- funny and otherwise -- and he obliged with the following picks. We're really glad to see Tom Lehrer made the list. |
