Rapper denies telling Ozone magazine that his album will be called "Pooper Scooper."

    Bow Wow's Bizarre Interview Hoax

Bow Wow has proclaimed that his upcoming album, The Price of Fame, will be a "tell-all," and some Internet readers thought that the grown-up rapper (who turns 20 in March) was getting an early start on dishing the dirt in a recent interview with Ozone magazine -- in which he dismissed Jay-Z's comeback, came clean about his ex-lover Ciara's bladder problems, and divulged that his new album had actually been renamed Pooper Scooper.

As it turns out, though, the interview never happened. Instead, the rapper says that he was the victim of a mean-spirited cyber-hoax. "When you gain success and are doing something positive, there's always someone out there that wants to see you fail," Bow Wow said. "I wonder what they'll come up with next? My fans know that I would never say anything like what's in that interview."

There were gems aplenty in the purported interview, including the rapper's justification of the album title Pooper Scooper, his verdict on Jay-Z's Kingdom Come ("warmed over garbage") and the real reason behind his split with Ciara ("I had to let her loose after she peed on my mama's good rug").

In happier PR news for Team Bow Wow, the rapper showed up at Schurr High School in Montebello, California, on Thursday to play principal for a day, thanks to the students at that school winning a contest sponsored by Power 106 FM. In his single day in office, Principal Bow Wow read the morning announcements, supervised a blood drive, gave a pep talk to the football team, and performed a short concert in the afternoon.
