Paris Hilton Exiled from Club Paris

    Mon, 08 Jan 2007 10:14:45

Party princess finally finds a club she doesn't like attending -- her business partner's.

Orlando and Jacksonville's Club Paris shares a name with Paris Hilton, but the starlet won't be gracing clubgoers with her presence any more; it turns out that she didn't do much of that anyway, despite a contractual obligation to show up four times a year. Club owner Fred Khalilian said that Hilton only showed up twice in two years -- six hours late on one of the occasions -- despite a financial agreement and a $550,000 Mercedes McLaren says that he gave to the starlet in good faith.

"The reality is, I couldn't take it anymore," Khalilian said, adding that he was routinely disappointing his patrons by promising Hilton appearances. But just because the club owner is cutting his ties with Hilton doesn't mean that he's freed from her charms. "She's a wonderful person, and I was honored to know her," he said.

Hilton's publicist, Elliot Mintz, did not offer a comment on the affair, and Khalilian said he hasn't heard from Hilton or her reps since making his decision. "When she's done with you, she's done with you," he said.

Rather than starting over as Club Lohan, Khalilian is soldiering on with the same name, but he will have a new face, thanks to a -- drumroll -- reality TV show! Yes, you, too, could be the next Miss Club Paris USA and be put up in a luxury apartment and given the keys to a Mercedes or Ferrari for the year.

And don't let those skeletons in your closet stop you from trying out. "I am not looking for Miss Perfect," said Khalilian. "We are a nightclub business, we are in the entertainment business, but we want someone who will at least show up."
