Britney, K-Fed Extend Custody Agreement

Federline reportedly rejects multimillion dollar divorce settlements in order to keep visitation rights; apologizes for offending fast food workers.
Under the agreement, Spears is allowed to remain in her house while her estranged husband comes to visit, although she is encouraged to restrict other guests. While the couple has found some mutually satisfactory ground with this temporary arrangement, they are reportedly still a long way from reaching a final divorce settlement. Multiple reports have surfaced saying that Federline rejected a $10 million offer, then a $20 million offer, and now a $25 million offer. In exchange, it is believed that Spears is seeking full custody of their two young children.
"He told her to take a hike," a source told Star magazine. "He loves his two little boys, and there's no way he's going to disappear from their lives."
But is there still a chance for star-crossed lovers? According to the celebrity gossip website Bosh, Spears has been dating model Isaac Cohen just to make K-Fed jealous, hoping for a reconciliation. Of course, according to a different story on the same website on the same day, she's dating Cohen just to make Justin Timberlake jealous. As usual with Brit, the jury is out.
In the meantime, as previously reported, Federline will be reappearing in all our lives, thanks to a high-profile, self-deprecating Super Bowl commercial. But even when he's trying to make fun of his own negative image, Federline finds someone to offend -- in this case, National Restaurant Association President and Chief Executive Steven Anderson, who calls the ad "a strong and direct insult to the 12.8 million Americans who work in the restaurant industry."
On Friday (February 2nd), K-Fed said he was sorry if the commercial offended anyone. "The commercial is completely intended for me, making fun of myself and my own situation," he told the Associated Press. "It has nothing to do with anybody in the fast-food industry at all."
