Queens of the Stone Age Prepare New Album
After spending the better part of last year slumming behind the drum kit for Eagles of Death Metal, Queens of the Stone Age mastermind Josh Homme has gotten back to work on his main gig. QOTSA are expected to release their latest album, Era Vulgaris, sometime in June, and our sources say it will feature a laundry list of big-name guest appearances, from longtime Homme cohort Mark Lanegan to Trent Reznor to the Strokes' Julian Casablancas. Even ZZ Top's bearded wonder, Billy Gibbons, is reportedly lending a hand.To tide you over until June, here's a teaser video of the band working in the studio:
