The rap mogul has a new suit that doesn't look good on anyone
Diddy Slapped with Lawsuit
Depending on which country you're reading this from, Diddy (in the U.S.) or P. Diddy (in the U.K.) is finding out that not even celebrities can hit people whenever they want. Last Friday, real estate agent Gerard Rechnitzer officially filed a lawsuit against Shawn "Diddy" Combs, seeking medical expenses and punitive damages for the alleged attack, which took place on February 25th at a post-Oscar bash at the Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles."It is just another example of an opportunist seeking to fabricate a lawsuit based on a flat-out lie to try to take advantage of Mr. Combs' celebrity status," Diddy's lawyer Ben Brafman said. "Mr. Combs did not hit anyone, and Mr. Rechnitzer suffered no injuries or damages whatsoever. There is no case. It is that simple."
