Boston Singer's Death Ruled a Suicide
According to toxicology reports by the New Hampshire medical examiner's office, Boston lead singer Brad Delp committed suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning. Delp was found dead in his home last Friday afternoon; police reports indicate that he had locked himself in a bathroom alongside two charcoal grills. His family confirmed that the death was a suicide."He gave as long as he could, as best he could, and he was very tired," the family said in a statement released through the Concord police. "We take comfort in knowing that he is now, at last, at peace."
While Delp's funeral will be private, a public memorial is expected at a later date. He is survived by two adult children.
